Simple to use - Simply slide the leather strap over the breast and turn the handle to tighten to the desired level.

Each strap has a couple of additional holes should you really want to get that extra extra squeeze😈

The standard size is sent which has open circumference of 50cm and can be reduced to a small 15cm.
Should you wish to have the strap size customised please just ask -
an easy way to measure is by using some string to measure the circumstances of the desired area
