It does not screw on and is not tight fitting so that it can be used on various bottle sizes ranging from 10ml to 30ml (normally round bottles)

The cap has two small holes which must be kept uncovered and will stop you inhaling the physical liquid and also keeps the bottle away from your nose so you don't get chemical burns!!
